Nice rooftop pool area.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The staff was either inconsiderate or simply absent when we needed help. Our room was poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings and a constant noise from the vents. To make matters worse, our room was not cleaned the first day, and we felt unsafe when someone unexpectedly opened our door while we were inside.

the location was perfect for the game, and despite the crowds, the rooftop area was a beautiful spot to relax. our room was clean and comfortable. the service in the dining area was excellent, and i really enjoyed the vinyl ambassador sessions in the lobby.
