Absolutely gorgeous hotel, staff were incredible and the location was stunning down the restaurant. I was upgraded to a beautiful a double room with a great view. The room had central heating, a safe and multi-channel television plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location: the property was just off town centre, downtown and Austin. Had some takeout meals at Jimmy John's, set right by the hotel, I couldn't resist...

Marvellous and fantastic location not too far from a big university. Big and huge rooms with a great view for hotel guests. Superb food in the restaurant for breakfast.

I lucked out with a room that had an awesome view of the pool 🏊‍♂️. the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I loved that there was central heating, a safe for my valuables, and a TV with tons of channels.

The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean. the rooms are a nice size. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a great view. the hotel has a fantastic location, right by the restaurant.

The Wheelchair Accessible room was ready when we arrived, with a great view. All of the staff were helpful and excellent. - the location was good, within walking distance from a showcase museum. - the hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying the exceptional area.

The vibe when you step off the elevator is truly wonderful. The front desk team was not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about Things to do in Austin. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine, rose petals, chocolates, and a handwritten note for our anniversary! The rooftop bar had amazing mixologists with so much energy. The drinks were delicious and the view was fantastic. The room was well set up with a great view and I loved the interior design, especially the built-ins and fixtures. The record idea was also a perfect touch to set the mood. I had a wonderful time thanks to the amazing staff and their attentiveness.

The only drawback was that the gym was small and only had Peloton bikes. Additionally, the location was a little far from the town center, requiring transportation.

The Otis Hotel has a wonderful vibe, friendly staff, and great rooftop bar with amazing cocktails and energy. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have unique amenities like vinyl records and USB-c charging spots. The rooftop pool offers a great view and comfortable seating.

Can't fault anything about it.
